Welcome to StoreSift. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Definitions

“StoreSift,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to the StoreSift platform. “User,” “you,” or “your” refers to any individual or entity accessing our services. “Services” refers to our subscription-based, real-time Shopify store monitoring Intel, including daily updated lead feeds, merchant email directories, active dashboard access, and data export features.

2. Nature of Service and Daily Data Refresh

StoreSift is a continuous subscription service that monitors publicly available store intelligence. Our database updates fully every twenty-four (24) hours, delivering the freshest batch of newly discovered storefronts and their publicly listed contact emails straight to your user dashboard. To ensure optimal data relevance and protect general privacy, older daily data streams are systematically rotated out of the active user dashboard and are not permanently archived.

3. Subscription Billing, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

StoreSift is billed on a recurring monthly subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize StoreSift to automatically charge your designated payment method at the start of each billing cycle.

Cancel Anytime: You can easily manage, pause, or cancel your monthly subscription at any time directly through your account billing dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will retain full access to the dashboard and daily data feeds until the end of your current paid billing month, and no further automatic renewals will occur.

Fair-Use Refund Policy:Because our service grants immediate access to continuous, downloadable B2B digital data, our refund policy is strictly based on account usage to prevent platform abuse. You may request a full refund within seven (7) days of your initial subscription purchase, provided that you have not utilized any data export features, revealed contact emails, or actively consumed your plan's data quotas.

No Refunds on Consumed/Renewal Cycles: Once any data export action has occurred, or when a subscription automatically renews for a subsequent month, the service is considered fully consumed. No refunds, credits, or prorated adjustments will be issued under these circumstances.

4. Acceptable Use and Rate Limits

You agree NOT to:

  • Resell, lease, redistribute, or publicly sub-license our daily data feeds or exported CSVs to third parties.
  • Use automated scrapers, bots, or malicious scripts to bypass our dashboard infrastructure or abuse the daily export limits.
  • Use the obtained merchant emails to conduct illegal spamming or phishing. All B2B cold outreach conducted by you must comply with local anti-spam regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR).

5. Public Data Availability & Service Disclaimer

StoreSift aggregates information exclusively from publicly accessible internet sources at the time of store indexing. While we strive to present accurate real-time data, we do not own or alter these merchant directories. Consequently, StoreSift provides its platform on an “as-is” basis and cannot guarantee the permanent active status or deliverability of third-party email addresses, which may be modified by their respective owners at any time.

6. Independent Platform Statement

StoreSift is an independent B2B tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Shopify Inc. We fully respect intellectual property rights. Our service solely indexes public open-web elements and does not engage in any trademark or copyright infringement.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to immediately terminate or restrict your account without a refund if we detect suspicious activities, including account sharing, automated bulk-scraping outside standard export limits, or credit card chargeback abuse.

8. Governing Law & Changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of our operating jurisdiction. We may update these terms at any time by updating this page.
